Healing for Those Who Served
Operation Restore is a Front Royal-based nonprofit supporting military veterans, first responders, and their families through equine-assisted therapy and community wellness programs.
Who We Serve
Military Veterans
We understand the culture. Our programs are built around the specific needs, values, and experiences of those who have served.
First Responders
Law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics carry a unique burden. Operation Restore provides a space to decompress and connect.
Families
Service affects the whole family. We welcome spouses, caregivers, and family members who need support alongside their loved ones.
Our Story
Operation Restore grew out of Warrior Psychotherapy Services, a local clinic serving veterans and first responders in Front Royal, Virginia. Founder Courtney Patti, LCSW, saw firsthand how many people in this community needed support beyond what insurance or the VA would cover. Operation Restore was created to fill that gap, starting with equine-assisted therapy at Failte Stables and growing to include a range of community wellness programs.

Your Support Makes It Possible
Operation Restore is donation-funded. Every contribution goes toward getting veterans and first responders into programs they could not otherwise access.
