Our Story
Operation Restore is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on a simple belief: those who have dedicated their lives to serving others deserve access to the support they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
Many veterans, first responders, and their families were facing barriers to services that could make a meaningful difference in their lives. While traditional resources play an important role, wellness programs and supportive services remain inaccessible due to cost, limited coverage, or lack of availability.
Recognizing this need, Operation Restore was born to create a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to healing, connection, and community support. Drawing from their experiences in mental health, military service, community leadership, and nonprofit work, the founding board recognized the need for programs that extend beyond traditional systems of care and bring people together through meaningful experiences and supportive relationships.
Operation Restore began its first year of programming in 2026 and continues to build strong roots within the Front Royal community. Through equine-assisted services, wellness initiatives, educational opportunities, and community partnerships, we are creating meaningful pathways of support for veterans, first responders, and their families.
As we grow, we remain committed to our mission: ensuring that those who have served our communities have access to the care, support, and resources they deserve. We believe healing happens through connection, purpose, and community and that belief continues to guide everything we do.
We invite you to join us as a participant, volunteer, donor, partner, or advocate. Together, we can build a stronger community and help ensure that no veteran, first responder, or family member has to face life's challenges alone.

Our Mission
Empowering military members, veterans, first responders, and their families through accessible wellness programs that build resilience and connection.
Organizational Mission Statement
Operation Restore, Inc. exists to serve military members, veterans, first responders, and their families by expanding access to trauma-informed wellness and resilience programs. We are committed to service above self, strengthening our community, and using resources responsibly. By funding care that reduces financial barriers and partnering with local organizations, we promote healing, connection, and sustainable wellbeing, helping those who serve thrive and continue contributing to a healthy, resilient community now and into tomorrow.
We Exist to Solve A Problem
Healing looks different for everyone.
Wellness is often more than a single appointment or service; however, barriers such as cost, limited coverage, or lack of availability prevent individuals from accessing these opportunities.
Operation Restore exists to bridge that gap. Through equine-assisted services, wellness resources, community events, educational opportunities, and partnerships throughout our region, we help create pathways to healing, resilience, and connection. We believe that recovery is strengthened when people have access to supportive resources, meaningful experiences, and a community that stands beside them.
